The University of Antelope Valley provides students the opportunity to be actively involved on the UAV campus and in the community through a variety of different clubs. These organizations allow Pioneer students to learn and grow together, all while making a positive impact on the AV community:
Would you like to cheer for UAV teams, support worthy causes, and promote positivity in our community? That's what the UAV Cheer Squad represents and we are looking for few more members.
Speech and Debate
The University of Antelope Valley (UAV) Speech and Debate Team is the first competitive, academic-based team for the university. The team competes at the collegiate level in both public speaking platform events, as well as team debates. In addition, the program is the only one of its kind with a competitive, collegiate debate team in the Antelope Valley. UAV Speech and Debate is a member of the Pacific South West Collegiate Forensics Association (PSCFA), which is an association of local community colleges, public, and private universities in the Western United States competing in speech and debate events.

Each dorm fits two beds, two desks, a small wall-unit, and a television. In addition, each room has an additional closet and its own private bathroom and shower. The dorms are located at the west end of the Sierra Campus and are within walking distance to the vast majority of classes. UAV also offers meal plans for students living on campus.
